1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Note: Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size/color variations, or personal energy preferences.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at krishnaacrystals@gmail.com with your order details and attach clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide further instructions.
3. After approval, return the item to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

• Replacement: If stock is available, we will replace the item and ship it at no extra cost.
• Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Partial Refunds: May apply if the product is returned with missing accessories or damaged due to improper handling.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Used, altered, or damaged products due to customer handling.
• Custom or personalized items.
• Sale or discounted products.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled, but you may request a return if eligible.
