- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customized or bulk orders may take additional time, which will be communicated separately.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-10 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or strikes.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000 within India.
- A standard shipping fee will be applicable on orders below ₹1,000, calculated at checkout.
- Any additional charges (such as remote area surcharges) will be informed before dispatch.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment using the provided link.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
- Krishna Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, courier issues, or force majeure events.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
